Fixer.onl reserves the right to withhold transaction fees for cancellations outside the allowed time frame.

Providers are solely responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and legality of their work.
Providers agree to maintain professional behavior and respect toward customers at all times.
Users must provide accurate service details and access to the property (if applicable).
Users are responsible for ensuring the work environment is safe for the provider.
Users agree to treat providers with respect and professionalism.
Fixer.onl performs verification checks on providers, including ID validation, qualifications, and background checks where applicable.
However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute quality or safety of any service provider’s work.
You may not:
Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Use Fixer.onl for illegal activities.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or providers.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform’s systems.
Circumvent the platform by arranging services outside Fixer.onl to avoid fees.
Fixer.onl is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from services booked through our platform.
The responsibility for service quality, safety, and completion lies with the provider.
Users and providers agree to release Fixer.onl from any claims or disputes between them.
